On February 12, 2026, I reached out to 20th Century Air Inc. for our annual heating and AC unit maintenance. I spoke to Julie, and she was able to schedule me for our next-day maintenance. She provided excellent customer service over the phone. Thank you, Julie.
Daniel was our technician who came to our home. I smiled when he pulled out a pair of fluorescent orange shoe covers. I loved it! Great idea. He explained to us what he was going to be doing and would keep us updated on every step of his process, which he did. He provided us also with a free filter and let us know everything was running great. Very impressed with our maintenance that we stay on top of with our heating and AC.
Daniel provided us with excellent customer service. He went the extra mile. We were very well taken care of, and if we had any questions or concerns, he informed us that our heating system and AC system were working great and were in great shape.
