"Honest, Dependable, & Flexible"

These guys are on top of their specialties. We been their clients for almost 3 years now. Honest dependable and flexible. That goes pretty much on prices as well as availability. Our central AC wasn’t blowing as cold as it should. One of their tech, Juan, who’s been servicing and doing the yearly tune ups and maintenance for the last 3 years diagnosed it with their equipments and tools and found that our freon was low (under 2lbs) He showed me all the numbers on the high tech equipment and told me that since because of the square footage of the house it will take at least 5-7lbs of Freon to be comfortable. The last time we add Freon was 4-5 years ago so it was due. We currently has a 10 year old central AC. We decide to do the service and he brought the tanks and showed me the new numbers on their machine as soon as it was done. It was on 2lbs and after the fill it went up to 6.5lbs and went inside to check the air it was freezing like the North Pole on every single room in the house all the way to the 2nd story rooms. In the end he even still gave us a 10% discount and he did the outside condenser cleaning for free. I recommend these guys for all your maintenance and service needs. Summer heat are inevitable it will come. I highly advise anyone to call and make schedule before the heat gets here because usually when the heat is on they will be busy and you might have to wait a week for them to stop by. Whole week with no AC or not so cold air in a 100 degrees weather is a nightmare. Cheers

Chris and his team are amazing!  I called Saturday and was surprised to speak to someone.  Set up an appointment for Monday.  While there was a snafu with my appointment time, Chris had another tech come to my home.  They performed a complete inspection and to my surprise, they waived the fee! Completely unexpected and now a fan!

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received from Scott, the owner, and Mario. They responded super promptly, came out a fixed the issue without trying to upsell me, even though my unit is older and could be considered for replacement.  Mario went above and beyond, picking up the part and doing the repair sooner simply because he was able to and because he knew my elderly mum was struggling with the cold.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air and we were dying for the last couple of days. Contacted them via Yelp to check things out and the owner responded right away. We were able to schedule something the very next day! Jeffrey came (earlier than scheduled, which was awesome) and spotted what was wrong right away. We were able to fix things temporarily but will need to replace our entire system eventually. He gave us a quote for whenever we are ready. No pressure was felt whatsoever.

A/C unit was not cooling down the house.  I appreciated the prompt communication and fast response by Scott (owner).  Juan came out, isolated the problem and fixed it all within 30 minutes.  He answered all my questions simply and honestly and did not pressure me for additional work or service. He was efficient and courteous.  Timely text messages about the visit and a follow-up email message with an itemized invoice.  I'm pleased and impressed with the whole experience.  After not having a functional A/C unit for past 3 weeks, it feels luxurious to have cool air when the heat turns up.

I requested a quote and within a few minutes received a reply.  They worked around my schedule for a consult.  The technician was timely, courteous, and got the air conditioning back up and running within 15 minutes.  Needless to say my house is now freezing cold.  This company is fair, reliable, and didn't try to upsell me on anything.
